At SAHAEL, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that they were received, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund once delivered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment.
